I’ve always loved taking a messy, manual process and turning it into something that just works. For the past few years, I’ve been deep in B2B SaaS and Fintech, building platforms that automate the complex stuff.

Currently, I lead product strategy at Melento, where I’m focused on making digital signatures and enterprise workflows feel simple, balancing technical scale with a user experience that actually makes sense.

    • Owned platform monetization end to end by proactively identifying revenue leakages and restructuring billing across API transactions, premium features, and usage tiers driving sustainable improvements in platform profitability.
    • Identified reliability gaps in Aadhaar eSign flows and led the design of a multi provider failover system with real time health monitoring, ensuring high availability and reducing drop offs in critical signing journeys.
    • Took initiative to revamp the initiator and signer journeys by deeply analyzing user behavior and friction points, leading to simplified workflows and improved completion across high volume B2B use cases.
    • Drove platform adoption by leading API first integrations and building self serve workflows, enabling enterprise clients to onboard faster without heavy engineering dependencies.
    • Led monetization expansion by conceptualizing and launching an in flow payments module (Razorpay, PhonePe), embedding payments into core product journeys and unlocking new revenue streams.
    • Owned end to end international expansion to the UAE by driving product discovery, aligning stakeholders, and launching eSign workflows compliant with regional regulations.
