About me

I've always been curious about how things work, and why they're sometimes made more complicated than they need to be. That curiosity is what drew me to product management: understanding people's problems and finding better ways to solve them.

Over the past 3+ years, I have worked across Fintech, B2B SaaS, and GenAI, building everything from digital signature and payment solutions to AI-powered document tools. At Melento, my work has contributed to products generating ₹29Cr+ in annual revenue and supporting 4.2Cr+ transactions.

What I enjoy most is taking an idea from “What if we did this better?” to something people actually use and businesses see value in. I like digging into problems, connecting the dots, and working with teams to turn good ideas into great products. To me, that’s what product management is all about.

  1. Associate Product Manager

    Melento April 2024 – September 2026
    • Led the implementation and monetization of AI/LLM powered agreement intelligence capabilities, including regional language document translation, Llama-based document summarization, document metadata extraction, and a document Q&A chatbot, launching premium offerings that generated INR 16L in recurring monthly revenue.
    • Identified ESP downtime failures as a key bottleneck and reduced Aadhaar eSign failures by 76% across 27.9L monthly transactions by leading a multi-ESP failover solution with automated failure monitoring and ESP switching.
    • Identified a revenue opportunity and built an in-flow payments module with two gateway integrations, enabling B2B clients to collect end-customer payments via our platform and generating INR 4L in monthly recurring revenue.
    • Drove platform profitability by resolving fragmented billing across REST APIs and Premium features eliminating unmetered usage and recovering ~INR 22L in monthly recurring revenue.
    • Led partner integrations with HRMS platforms and Lending marketplaces, enabling zero client-side development effort for eSign adoption and driving ~3L additional monthly transactions.
    • Launched UAE Pass-based eSign workflows for the UAE market, ensuring compliance with local regulations, enabling signing via the UAE national digital identity, and driving ~1L additional monthly transactions.

  2. Product Associate

    Melento July 2023 – March 2024
    • Reduced document template creation turnaround from 2 days to less than 1 hour by launching a self-serve template builder, enabling clients to create and customize templates independently and generating INR 19L in annual revenue.
    • Shipped AI/ML based face match verification, matching live signer photos with identity references, reducing incorrect signer completions by ~82% in high-value agreements.
    • Automated enterprise signing using cloud-based DSC certificates, enabling the system to digitally sign documents on behalf of authorized signatories without manual intervention; drove ~40L signatures annually, generating INR 2.4Cr in signature revenue and INR 37L in annual maintenance revenue.
